CNN’s Jake Tapper plays newly obtained video of the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti by a Border Patrol agent in Minneapolis. The Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem described Pretti as an individual who arrived at the scene “to kill law enforcement.”
