Suspect in fatal ODU shooting served prison time for trying to help ISIS

The fatal shooting at Old Dominion University in Virginia is now being investigated by the FBI as an act of terrorism. The 36-year-old suspect was identified as a veteran who previously served time in prison to trying to help ISIS.
