At least two people were shot and killed on the outskirts of Imphal in India’s Manipur state.
Some 40,000 security forces have been deployed to defuse tensions between the Meitei and Kuki communities.
At least 115 people have been killed since the start of May and 50,000 others displaced since the ethnic strife began.
