Life in Ukrainian city of Mariupol under Russian occupation – BBC News

It’s not clear how many people have been killed or are still missing in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol, which Russia has now occupied for 10 months.

The UN estimates that 90% of residential buildings have been damaged or destroyed, and 350,000 people have been forced to leave their homes.

Russian state media said the city is now being rebuilt but BBC filming crews cannot access Mariupol to verify this independently.
